I like eyes. All colors, all shapes. I truely believe they are the windows to your soul. I have always said when I die you can have everything BUT my eyes. That old saying "seeing through anothers eyes" just kind of creeps me out when it comes to donation. And honestly, I am not sure anyone else really wants to see life through my eyes. Yikes!!

Inner Goddess
Ladies, have you found your inner goddess? What does that mean to you? Learning to say no to daily issues that suck your time? Learning to say yes to your needs?

High Power Dude's Faux Style
I like this card because I LOVE coffee. I have loved coffee since a baby. Yep folks, my grandparents put coffee in my bottle. No lie. After I was taken off the bottle I had my own special "Foffe" cup as I called it. I still have my two toddler coffee cups. (My gosh those are old cups now that I think about it!) So I have loved coffee all my life. I don't drink that mega "Lots a bucks" stuff though. No fancy half cap skim milk expresso shot blah blah blah crap. I do love a good cup of flavored though. And I found I am crazy for Community Coffee ( a favorite of New Orleans). Oh man that is some good stuff. And I do like a bit of 1/2 and 1/2. And oh if you want to throw in a splash of Caramel Liquor that is fine too. When I die, my ashes will probably look like ground coffee. And I think coffee is the reason I am so healthy. I haven't been sick in years. Not even a cold. It is the coffee. Yep definately the coffee. Gotta go, time for a coffee break.

French Quarter Balconies
No pretext here. Just living life.
I bet there are a lot of parties here duing Mardi Gras.
Brad Pitt's place in the Quarter.
Simply beautiful. Makes you wonder what is inside.
Well this is pretty much the last of my pics on New Orleans. Had I more time I would have taken many more picures. There were some great places I went that I did not have my camera with me. (How dumb was that.) Magazine Street is fabulous. There I went to a famous little bakery called SUCRE. I ate the best cupcake of my life (and I have eaten a whole lot of cupcakes). It was Salted Caramel Buttercream with a rich dark chocolate base and a hint of suprise of the caramel buttercream inside the cake. OMG is all I can say. I dream of the cupcake pretty much daily now. The homes in the Garden District are so fabulous I could have taken hundreds more photos. Oh well something to look forward to when I go back.

My Great Life Motto (in Oracle cards)
How can you not want to live by this!!?? I did this a while back and found it in my archives. Just had to share. I believe the author is unknown. Too bad, this is so good who ever wrote it should get some credit.

The Hangman- Faux Tarot Style
My fondness for bunnies (and dessert). As I am sure you noticed, I also used it in the thread above.
Sort of just popped up on the card. No reason. Although blue and yellow are my favorite colors.
A bit on the cutsy/whimsical side. How many times have you been hanging by a thread trying to reach for you stars?

The Mysteries of Doors
I like doors. I like doors because they add such mystery to me. I want to know what mysteries or lives are behind those doors. If our eyes are the windows to our souls, are doors the portal to the homes soul? Do we judge what is inside by what we see in that door? So like our eyes, if they have no sparkle do those who look at us think we are dead inside? How many times do we look at mass murders in their mug shots and say "He had dead eyes". I have said this many times when I have looked at mug shots of serial killers or terrorists. But I am not sure I judge doors the same way. When I look at a door that may need a little help or sprucing up, I get a bit curious as to what else is inside. As if maybe there is some lost treasure inside that no one has discovered yet. So I guess I give doors more benefit of the doubt then people? So next time I look at someone who has lost the twinkle in their eyes I need to think more about why, and not judge so quickly.
Do you notice at the top of this door it says Costumes. This once much have been an interesting place. Now it reminds me of a place inhabited by lost spirits.
This door brings out the most in my imagination. I imagine the crazy parties that once occured here.

Here's Your Sign- Just Look Up
One of my favs.
This looks like a nice shop. I did not go in. Too many great places not enough time. http://www.erzulies.com/
I thought this was hilarious. Reminds me of Dudley Moore in Arthur.
